Vicki Calvert-Das

Vicki has been involved with NGCI since 2012, having provided support as both an employee and as a committed volunteer over the years. Returning to NGCI to take up the position of Part-Time HR & Development Manager in August 2018, she is now responsible for high-level HR Management, volunteer programme design and oversight, fundraising development activities and Board and Committee support.

Prior to joining NGCI Vicki worked as an HR professional for over 10 years and has extensive experience in administrative process and policy development, as well as working with leaders to develop long term strategies that guide decisions and business direction. Vicki has also worked in a variety of management positions, including running her own business, working within customer service-based environments and in corporate governance, all of which support her in her current role at NGCI.

Gaining accreditation from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to support her bachelor’s and master’s level degrees in HR, Vicki is now pursuing a Fundraising & Development Certificate at the University of California, Davis, and is a member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Vicki is passionate about the work of NGCI and supporting the efforts of the team by providing professional expertise and excellent customer service to help cultivate relationships that support NGCI in achieving its mission. She is always keen to hear from members of the Cayman Islands community who are enthusiastic about the arts and who would like to be a part of what we do – be that as an employee, volunteer or visitor.
