Art @ The Paseo

At the heart of NGCI is its permanent collection, from which samples formed the basis of this outdoor exhibition. Created in collaboration with Provenance Properties, the exhibition is on view at the Paseo in Camana Bay. When displayed in the Exhibition Hall, the collection normally would be assembled by decade, beginning with early realist painters and intuitive artists like Gladwyn K. “Miss Lassie” Bush, and ending with the conceptual contemporary works. Displayed more loosely at the Paseo, the artworks collectively offer an unusually accessible way to discover the Cayman Islands’ rich artistic and cultural history. Click here for more information about the National Gallery Collection.
