Museum Store Association – Florida Chapter Conference

The National Gallery of the Cayman Islands is excited to be part of the Museum Store Association (MSA) and to host the MSA Florida Chapter Conference this coming September 23 to 25th, a historic chapter meeting to be held for the first time outside of the United States.

Attendees will include several museums from Florida, including: The Morse Museum of American Art, The Key West Art & Historical Society, The Dali Museum among others and including our fellow local member The Cayman Islands National Museum. Besides museum attendees, several Vendors specializing in developing and supplying innovating museum products will join to conference.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Trends in the Tropics”. The conference will include an excursion day visiting some cultural institutions and vendor presentations and a full day of educational sessions where participants can learn about “trending” products and future trends in the non-profit retails industry.

*Please note that the National Gallery’s Dart Auditorium will be closed to the public from Tuesday, 24 September at 1:00pm and will reopen on Thursday, 26 September at 10:00am to accommodate the conference.
