About Michelle:

Michelle has been a dancer all her life. When she was 7 years old, she took her first class, and she was immediately hooked. Since then, she has never stopped dancing. For years Michelle danced competitively in different styles, primarily focusing on jazz and lyrical. Now she dances for the pure passion of it.

Like many others, Michelle was affected by the pandemic and lost her job in the watersports industry. Rather than dwelling on the negatives surrounding the problems that covid exposed, she used her love for dance to focus her energy on something positive in her life. She threw herself back into the world of dance.

Michelle has been a student with Quinntessential Movement since 2018. Because of her love for dance, she accepted an offer to join the team as an instructor in 2020. At Quintessential Movement she teaches many different classes including pole dancing and chair dancing, and recently became certified in Ballet Beats.  While continuing to teach classes of various dance types every week, the class she is most passionate about is her popular and well-attended cardio dance class.
