Ms Theresa Leacock-Broderick

Theresa Leacock-Broderick has a diverse management background spanning tourism, retail services, financial management, and the non-profit public sector. She is currently the Director of Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, having previously served as the General Manager of Plantana, a Seven Mile Beach condo-hotel.
Ms Leacock-Broderick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Liverpool. Ms Leacock-Broderick’s involvement in tourism began through product development as the Executive Director of The National Trust for the Cayman Islands, where she was instrumental in establishing the strategic foundation for a system of protected areas, key historic sites, and ecotourism initiatives.
She has served on multiple public and private sector councils and committees, focused on the environment, culture, and tourism. From 2017-2021, Ms Leacock-Broderick was President of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association and served on its Board of Directors for over eight years. She currently serves on the Cayman Islands Hotel Licensing Board and as well as the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands.
Ms Leacock-Broderick is of Caymanian heritage and is committed to Cayman Islands’ heritage, its people and future.
