Mr Martyn Bould, MBE

Martyn Bould, MBE, has over fifty years of experience in the construction and development sector across the Caribbean region, with a focus on claims consulting, quantity surveying, cost and risk control, and management. As Chairman of Bould Consulting Limited, he is responsible for the delivery of complex projects and providing practical expertise in Development Project Management, including fast track and mixed-use development, analysis and risk management, and strategic problem solving.
He serves as President of several property development and holding companies, having developed a range of residential, commercial and leisure projects. Mr Bould’s work includes acting as the Project Director for the Export/Import Bank of China for the US$3.4b Baha Mar Resort in Nassau and advising on the development of hotels and resorts throughout the Caribbean, including Marriott International, the rebranding of seven hotels in Barbados, and Royalton CHIC in Antigua and Barbados.
Mr Bould is an Arbitrator, Mediator, Expert Witness and Lecturer on construction claims throughout the region. He was appointed a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth in 2012.
