Welcome back, teachers! The National Gallery invites all educators to join us for an inspired evening of painting, exhibition touring, and socializing. This unique event starts with a guided painting session from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM led by local artist and teacher John Broad. Budding artists will create a unique piece while enjoying refreshments in a relaxed setting. From 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, guests will have the opportunity to take an after-hours tour of our exhibitions with NGCI staff and learn about the Gallery’s education programmes for students of all ages. All teachers will be given teachers’ packs featuring information about local artists, art styles, and example NGCI tour options.
